The DYNAMIC POSITIONING SYSTEM (DP for short) of a ship is the "stabilizing anchor" for special Marine operations of ships. This product has achieved high-level independent innovation in key technologies in fields such as Marine engineering equipment, and has established a dynamic positioning R&D design, production, sales and training base with first-class domestic and advanced international levels.

In 2017, we successfully developed the first set of three-redundancy dynamic positioning system in China, which obtained the product appraisal certificate from the national ministries and commissions and the product type approval certificate from China Classification Society. This has driven domestic leading units to complete the research and development of multiple core and key equipment for the DP3 dynamic positioning system, achieving domestic production and technological autonomy and control.

Suzhou Shenyuanhai Intelligent Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. and Harbin Chuanhai Intelligent Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. have integrated their three major resources of technology, talent and customers. In June 2024, after the evaluation of the project by the experts of the appraisal committee, based on the promotion and application of DP3 dynamic positioning technology, our company won the second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award and the first Prize of the National Defense Science and Technology Progress Award. Our company has reached a leading position in the domestic field of dynamic positioning.

The signing of the "Polar" and "Tansuo-3" projects by Sun Yat-sen University marks a breakthrough from zero. The first DP3 system in China was signed with our company in Zhanjiang to provide the DP3 dynamic positioning control system for the 981 platform. This system supports ultra-deep water operations at a depth of 3,000 meters, features a triple redundancy design and AI fault prediction function, with a reliability of 99.98%, breaking the long-term technological monopoly barriers of foreign countries.

On October 23rd, the DP joint training base project jointly established by Shanghai Huayang Marine Technology Development Co., Ltd. and Harbin Ship and Ocean Intelligent Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. marked the establishment of the first domestic DP equipment training site for expanding DP talent training. This project holds significant milestone significance for the cause of independently cultivating DP talents.
